Biography
The Soprano Yenelina Arakelyan attended The Sergey Danielyan Academy of Singing In Yerevan until 2004 and graduated in opera singing from The Komitas State Conservatory of Yerevan in 2008. At the age of 21 she played the part of Rosina in The Barber of Seville. In this same period she joined Ghazaros Saryan’s Opera Studio and took part in a study programme which included a vast repertoire of operas from Mozart to Rossini and from Verdi to Puccini. She then toured with the Armenian State Symphony Orchestra performing in a varied programme in Yerevan, Dubai and Beirut. In order to perfect her repertoire she moved to Italy in 2010 and obtained a degree in opera singing from The Ferrara Conservatory in 2014. Since then she has performed in a number of productions - namely La traviata, Aida and Un ballo in maschera – for the Florence Opera Festival in various traditional Tuscan theatres. She has also sung in concerts organised by The Frescobaldi Conservatory Ferrara in Ravenna, Ferrara and Parma. She has participated in master classes in France, Germany and Austria by maestri such as Jean Pierre Blivet, Peter Schreier and Sona Ghazarian. Her interpretative and vocal range together with her fluency in five languages enables her to take on a wide operatic repertoire and in particular the great soprano roles of Verdi due to her sensitivity, temperament and distinctive timbral traits.

Il soprano armeno Yenelina Arakelyan ha studiato presso l’accademia di canto Sergey Danielyan di Yerevan, dove si è diplomata nel 2004. Nel 2008 ha conseguito la laurea in Canto operistico presso il Conservatorio Statale di Komitas di Yerevan. A 21 anni ha partecipato alla rappresentazione del Il barbiere di Siviglia nel ruolo di Rosina. Nello stesso periodo ha preso parte, presso l'Opera Studio di Ghazaros Saryan, ad un programma di studi volto alla messa in scena di un vasto repertorio operistico, da Mozart a Rossini e da Verdi a Puccini. Contestualmente si è esibita con l'Orchestra Accademica dell'Armenia in svariate rassegne concertistiche svoltesi a Yerevan, Dubai e Beirut. Per perfezionare il suo repertorio, si è trasferita in Italia nel 2010, dove ha conseguito la Laurea in Canto Lirico presso il Conservatorio di Ferrara nel 2014. Successivamente ha partecipato a diverse produzioni per il Firenze Opera Festival esibendosi nei vari teatri di tradizione della Toscana in titoli quali La traviata, Aida e Un ballo in maschera, partecipando nel contempo a diversi concerti organizzati dal Conservatorio "Frescobaldi" di Ferrara nei teatri di Ravenna, Ferrara e Parma. Ha frequentato con profitto delle masterclass in Francia, Germania ed Austria con dei maestri del calibro di Jean Pierre Blivet, Peter Schreier e Sona Ghazarian. La duttilità vocale ed interpretativa e la padronanza di ben cinque lingue le permettono di affrontare un ampio repertorio operistico, privilegiando – per sensibilità, temperamento e caratteristiche timbriche – i grandi ruoli sopranili del repertorio verdiano.

La soprano Yenelina Arakelyan La soprano Yenelina Arakelyan a étudié à l’Académie de Chant Sergey Danielyan à Erevan jusqu’en 2004 puis est sortie diplômée en chant d’opéra au Conservatoire National Komitas d’Erevan en 2008. A 21 ans, Yenelina Arakelyan endosse le rôle de Rosina dans Le Barbier de Séville. Au cours de cette même période, elle rejoint l’Opéra Studio de Ghazaros Saryan et participé à un programme d’études dont le vaste répertoire d’opéras s’étend de Mozart à Rossini ou encore de Verdi à Puccini. Par la suite, c’est avec l’Orchestre Nationale Symphonique d’Arménie, que Yenelina Arakelyan se produit à Erevan, Dubaï et Beyrouth dans des programmes divers et variés. Pour élargir son répertoire, elle s’installe en Italie en 2010 et y obtient un diplôme en Chant d’Opéra au Conservatoire de Ferrara en 2014. Dès lors, Yenelina Arakelyan est appelée à jouer dans de nombreuses productions – telles que La traviata, Aida et Un ballo in maschera – pour le Festival d’Opéra de Florence dans divers théâtres traditionnels toscans. Elle a également chanté lors de concerts organisés par le Conservatoire Frescobaldi de Ferrara à Ravenne, Ferrara et Parme. Durant son cursus, elle a également participé à des masterclasses en France, en Allemagne et en Autriche auprès de maitres tels que Jean-Pierre Blivet, Peter Schreier et Sona Ghazarian. Sa palette vocale et interprétative, conjuguée à la maitrise de cinq langues, lui permettent d’accéder à un large répertoire opératique et en particulier aux grands rôles de Verdi pour lesquels, la voix de Yenelina Arakelyan déploie une sensibilité, un tempérament et des traits de timbre tout à fait distingués.
